Taping Policy
Uncle Sammy encourages the recording, reproduction, and distribution of any show as long as it does not involve generating profit. You cannot sell any recordings of Uncle Sammy without the express written permission of Uncle Sammy, Inc. Any show which has been released later as an official recording may no longer be traded in bootleg form. If a venue has restrictions on recording shows, the venues policy may override Uncle Sammy's. Under some conditions (live broadcast, live CD recording) recording will not be permitted, and in these cases notice will be posted at the venues and on www.unclesammy.com.
